We have written the book to highlight the perils we are currently faced with when we operate from the Legacy Industrial Model where we are mainly reacting to situations rather than responding. Through this book you will view and relate to the ironies we are living in, whether in the workplace and or outside of it. Understand that these ironies reflect the broken promises and the mismatches stemming from them. Get to analyze the root causes for the current state and how the current tools at our disposal are not effective anymore, followed by the evolution journey that got us to where we are, and how we are unable to address effectively systemic problems whether societal and or organizational. You will then be invited to use a new lens to turn things around. This lens is the human one that pushes us to treat each other as humans irrespective of the labels we have (e.g. CEO, VP, Lawyer, Doctor, Black, White, Hispanic, Politician).
